Thankfully an agent in KC knew how to get an appropriate-area agent there, and she was the perfect fit for our situation! Linda was absolutely amazing and essential to the process, helping me to make the right decisions and navigate many hurdles as I had limited time to fly out and organize over multiple occasions. She kept herself available and went out of her way to meet workmen at the house, sometimes in my absence, as well as pull from her list of resources some distribution options for dad’s furniture and clothing. Linda is the hardest working real estate agent I've ever met. I'm from out of state so I needed someone with experience to sell an estate home. Linda went above and beyond. She was at the house almost daily waiting on technicians for HVAC and other repairs. Linda communicated with all technicians and inspectors consistently since I could not be there.
